This is great, Ellen! I have friends leaving for Toronto tomorrow. Will send them link! Cannot believe I haven't been yet. (Unless airports count, which they don't.)

Ellen

I wish I could go back tomorrow with your friends and see "the rest" of Toronto.

Clark Norton

I too was surprised by Toronto when I went, especially the ethnic diversity. I've heard it's the most ethnically diverse city in the world...don't know if that's true, but it may come close.

Glad you enjoyed our city Ellen. Yes, it is very diverse, with over 50 percent of citizens here born outside of Canada. There are 150 languages spoken daily, and even our recycling calendar comes translated in six languages: French, Chinese, Italian, Portuguese, Polish and Spanish, whether you want it or not. The bonus? SO many amazing restaurants, festivals and harmonious energy.

Ellen

That's funny about the recycling translations.
